MacRae Nicoll has over 15 years of construction and environmental project management experience, I bring a detailed, systems-based approach to every home inspection. My background includes HVAC and plumbing buildouts, erosion control, site planning, and sustainable water and drainage systems, backed by an Environmental Studies degree and an InterNACHI Home Inspector certification. I’ve spent my career coordinating trades, managing compliance with OSHA, Clean Water Act, and state/local regulations, and solving real-world site problems in the field. That hands-on expertise allows me to spot issues early, explain them clearly, and help clients make confident, informed decisions about their homes.
